Futures Without Violence and Workplaces Respond Information Use Requirements

Thank you for your interest in the Workplaces Respond to Domestic and Sexual Violence: A National Resource Center project managed and developed with project partners by Futures Without Violence, formerly Family Violence Prevention Fund. Use of Futures Without Violence and Workplaces Respond materials, tools, products, titles, information, etc. is subject to the requirements below:

Please note: “Workplaces Respond to Domestic and Sexual Violence” and any graphics and logos on www.workplacesrespond.org and corresponding collateral are trademarks or servicemarks of Futures Without Violence and owned by Futures Without Violence. The foregoing may only be used with the prior written permission of Futures Without Violence and when doing so, Futures Without Violence’s ownership and/or permission of such use must be duly noted. If you are using Futures Without Violence assets of the Futures Without Violence (“Futures Without Violence assets”), including without limitation to text on our website, in a publication, report, guide, fact sheet, tool, or other written material, or images, audio and video clips, posters, brochures, stickers, or any other content in any context you must cite Futures Without Violence as your source. If you are using Workplaces Respond assets of the Workplaces Respond to Domestic and Sexual Violence project partnership (“Workplaces Respond assets”), including without limitation to text on our website, in a publication, report, guide, fact sheet, tool, or other written material, or images, audio and video clips, posters, brochures, stickers, or any other content in any context you must cite the Workplaces Respond project as your source. Furthermore, please provide the publication’s /producer’s name, author, company/organization and date of release. This information should be emailed to workplacesrespond@futureswithoutviolence.org, include your name, organization/affiliation, and contact information along with detail of Futures Without Violence or Workplaces Respond asset you wish to use and where and when (e.g., publish date) you request to use it.

Section 3. Altering Futures Without Violence or Workplaces Respond assets:

Please note that we welcome localization and adaptation of Futures Without Violence or Workplaces Respond assets. We reserve the right to approve such changes before distribution of any altered, modified or localized Futures Without Violence or Workplaces Respond asset as we do not allow such changes without Futures Without Violence permission.
