Sexual Harassment & Gender-Based Violence in the Workplace: Owner/Operators’ Training

This training curriculum guide was designed to inform restaurant owner/operators of sexual harassment and violence’s placement on the spectrum of gender-based violence, and offer prevention-oriented strategies that factor in equity considerations.

This training also presents the “Recognize – Respond – Refer” framework as a best practice to support coworkers who may be experiencing harassment and violence, and assist them in a manner that prioritizes their safety, agency, and privacy.
